Reflection on March

Dear friends,

March was full of unforgettable events and activities for our Holos Center, opening up new possibilities for discovering and experiencing life.

At the beginning of the month, we planned to launch the Dance for Adults course at Holos. Under Milan Hrabánek's guidance, we intended to immerse ourselves in the world of dance, exploring not only original Latin American dances but also getting acquainted with standard dances. For us, the atmosphere filled with joy of discovering new dance steps and techniques is always important. Unfortunately, we did not manage to fill the course this time, but we firmly believe that there will be more interested participants next time, and we will open the course again.

Throughout the month, we also enjoyed other fantastic events. Grof's Breathwork in a small group provided us with space for deeper relaxation and rejuvenation, while the celebration of International Women's Day with the program Men for Women brought us not only entertainment but also a space for reflection on equality and solidarity. The week-long self-discovery retreat offered the opportunity to deepen our self-awareness and work on ourselves.

But rest and creativity also had their place. At the Creative Workshop Spring Ceramics II, we could express our creativity and relax while creating our own ceramic works. Relaxation with healing music provided moments of peace and harmony for our body and mind. And the outing of the Tourist Club – Spring Walks around Štramberk and Double Grof's Breathwork with an Indian sauna – spring welcome allowed us to connect with nature and recharge our energy in the beautiful spring environment.

We also didn't forget to revitalize our souls and minds. During the event Finger on the Map: Iboga, Bwiti, Africa – Chrisantem, we had the opportunity to watch a documentary film and then discuss with Chris Macháček about his experiences and insights from Africa.

And what would it be without the traditional Easter celebrations? Easter baking of jidášů and mazanců was a great opportunity to connect with our roots and traditions. On Good Friday, we could enjoy baking our own Easter treats in the bakery oven and thus experience an authentic Easter experience.

The list of events for March was truly rich, and each of us found something that brought us joy and inspiration. More detailed information for each month can be found in our regular newsletters and on our website. We look forward to seeing you there!
