Reflection on June

Dear friends,

June was once again full of inspiring and unforgettable events for our Holos Center. We would like to share with you what we experienced together this month.

At the beginning of the month, we held a Weekly Self-Discovery Retreat, Type I. This retreat offered participants the opportunity for deep work on themselves in a safe environment. The program focused on self-awareness and personal development, providing all attendees with many valuable insights and experiences.

We then opened our gardens to the public during the Holos Open Gardens Weekend. Visitors, including families with children, had the opportunity to explore our beautiful relaxation garden and learn many interesting facts about its maintenance and use.

Throughout the month, we conducted one-day Grof Breathwork seminars in small groups. These seminars provided space for deeper self-exploration and self-discovery using the technique of holotropic breathwork. Participants were able to relax, rejuvenate, and gain new perspectives on their inner worlds.

Another event was the Summer Welcome during the Double Grof Breathwork. This experiential group seminar included not only a double dose of holotropic breathwork but also drumming and music therapy. Participants had the opportunity to deepen their work on themselves and celebrate the arrival of summer in rhythm and harmony.

In the middle of the month, we hosted Petr Hába, who gave a lecture on health from nature. The lecture was combined with a book signing for his book on phytotherapy in cancer treatment. Attendees learned about the possibilities and limitations of using medicinal plants and natural remedies in supportive treatment.

We also held a regular meeting of the Lotos Sharing Group. This open group is intended not only for our center's clients undergoing individual therapeutic programs but also for their family members. The meeting took place both in person and via Skype, allowing for broader participation and sharing of experiences and support.

June was indeed rich in events, and each of us could find something that brought joy, inspiration, and profound personal experiences. You can find more detailed information about our events in our regular newsletters and on our website. We look forward to seeing you at future events at the Holos Center.
